Mater Dei Early Childhood Education’s mission is to work in partnership with our parents, guardians, families and advocates to maximise their children’s choices and opportunities and to prepare each child’s transition into the most appropriate School setting when they commence their Kindergarten placement.
Our team of professionals is able to advise, support and guide you in how to navigate this critically important process of securing the most appropriate Kindergarten placement for your child.
Enrolment in Mater Dei Preschool does not guarantee a child’s placement at Mater Dei School, nor may that be the most suitable option for your child.
Transition to School Workshops
To help families navigate the complexities and determine the most appropriate Kindergarten placement for their child, Mater Dei Early Childhood Education hosts FREE Transition to School (TTS) Workshops.
Our workshops are designed specifically to support you in confidently choosing the most suitable Kindergarten pathway for your child.
Run by our Early Childhood Education Director, and supported by a qualified Therapist, these sessions will cover all the information you need to know to support your child through the Transition to School process, including school readiness skills.
